Ulus 29

Ulus 29 is definitely worth visiting either for dinner or clubbing. In this post we will only focus on the terrace and club part of this beautiful restaurant/nighclub. Ulus 29 is located on the top of a hill in the Ulus district in Istanbul. The club, also known as Club 29, is open on Friday and Saturday night until 4 o’clock in the night.

Since Ulus 29 is located in Ulus, which is between the Bosphorus Bridge and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet (FSM) Bridge, you will have breadth taking views from Istanbul. The picture on the right side has been taken by us around 2 AM and you can see how close the bridge actually is.

As you can see from the picture on the left side, the interior of Ulus 29 club is very upscale. The people are no different in here. You will find very trendy, modern, neat and good looking people between the age of 20 – 35.

Ulus 29 is definitely a place if you are looking for a club where you can dance. There are sofa’s in the corners and chairs against the bar but the majority of the people come to the club to party and dance. We have found the atmosphere extremely friendly and cool. Like other places in Istanbul, the alcohol is a bit pricy. You find yourself paying 10-15 TL for beer/wine.

In one of our other posts, we have written about Club Reina. When we compare these two clubs, Club or Ulus 29 is a little more  mainstream than Club Reina but both of them offer a good night out!
